I’m navigating a positive screen for trisomy 16 via NIPT. In the waiting period for an amnio. It’s the worst wait ever, I can’t eat, I can’t sleep. I’m so sorry you went through this. I went through the same thing September 2025 with my son. I didn’t find out he was so sick, Triploidy, and heart and brain abnormalities until I was 23 weeks pregnant. I had to terminate my pregnancy. The hardest thing to go through, I’m so sorry 🤍

Thank you for sharing this some people don't realise the reason for late term termination isn't for selfish reasons it's normally from a mother who is grieving a baby that she knows will never have a good quality of life such a courageous thing. So proud of you. You did what was best for you and your family. Don't let anyone ever tell you that you did wrong.
