CHEESY PULL-APART BREAD 🤤🍅⬇️ 🤤 Crusty pull-apart bread stuffed with pesto, cheese, sundried tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs. Great as a family lunch to share, or as an appetiser! INGREDIENTS - 1 large loaf of unsliced crusty bread - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped - 1/2 cup jarred pesto - 1/4 cup butter, melted - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, parsley) finely chopped METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 190°C. 2. Make diagonal cuts 3/4 deep in the loaf of bread, 2-3cm apart. Repeat on the opposite diagonal, to create a diamond pattern. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, pesto, sundried tomato pieces and fresh herbs. 4. Gently open up each cut and spoon the pesto mixture inside. Then, stuff each opening with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 5. Wrap the bread with aluminum foil, place it on a tray, and bake it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese has mostly melted. Unwrap it and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes until the bread is nice and crusty. 6.
