Generational trauma is taught. My guy shows up glassy eyed and trying to convince a successful black man that he never had the chance. My dude. There are 1000’s of scholarships that are for blacks only on top of the scholarships that everyone else has access to. “Oh, well I’m from the hood.” And if you had applied yourself even minutely you would have had everything you could ask for handed to you. Instead you committed your entire identity to a fraudulent one. Pride in the color of your skin alone, and a brotherhood built on running away from any sort of accountability or responsibility.
