@mrmbb333: Something big is building in the Pacific. El Niรฑo is already firmly established and could strengthen into an exceptionally powerful event later this year. If it reaches the upper end of current projections, it could challenge some of the strongest El Niรฑo events in records dating back to 1950. And the impacts can reach far beyond the Pacific. Storm tracks can shift, bringing heavy rain and flooding to some regions while worsening drought and extreme heat in others. The U.S. is already seeing signs of what this winter could look like, with the latest seasonal outlook favoring wetter conditions across much of the South, from the Southwest through the Gulf Coast and into the Southeast. El Niรฑo is expected to peak toward the end of the year, with its influence potentially stretching well into 2027. ๐ Anyone already seeing unusual weather where you live? #MrMBB333 #ElNino #Weather
