Listening to the three jurors talking about the one holding out made sense on why he did. I get it, he could not get past what she did to those kids. No one can say 100 if she was or wasn’t in psychosis. Based off of psychiatrists and all the premeditation it’s not leaning toward psychosis. If I had been on the jury there would’ve been two of us. I am not saying she didn’t have mental issues. I am saying it wasnt psychosis. I also did not like how the juror said the Prosecution had no sympathy for Lindsay. Umm they are not defending her. When does a Prosecutor show sympathy? Maybe they were not making their judgements lawfully either.

The guy had every right to say guilty if that is what he truly believed but they interviewed 3 of the jurors and he dlat out said he has a lot of doubt but refuses to say not guilty by reason of insanity. Thats not following the law.
