Fake it till you make it girl! I climbed up the corporate ladder to become the first person in my company to reach Director level before I even reach 30 years old. I still feel like a kid in a room of 50 year olds. Don't be afraid to look stupid, don't be afraid to be wrong. Just be you, do you. Focus on what you do best, and learn along the way. One of the earliest pieces of advice I received in my career was: don’t be afraid to ask questions, especially when you’re new to a role. The first six months are probably the best time to ask even the stupidest questions, because people understand that you’re still learning and no one expects u to know everything yet. So, make the most of that time, ask as many questions as u can, learn from the people around u, and get as much exposure as possible. For me, this is the period where I know I can just langgar and ask whatever comes to mind because I know people won’t judge me 😂. And honestly, that’s probably the best time to learn. Once you get past those first few months, you should hopefully start getting the hang of the role. U are doing great btw 😬

I started as a Jr Procurement Officer, my opinion or feedback doesnt matter to anyone. But tat doesn’t stop me fromlearning, I make “fwens” tat i can learn a lot from them. Now am 15 yrs in the company, even the higher management asking me to do tings beyond my position required . Even am just a senior exect. Nothing is impossible beb, you just need to complete it within yr capability. If turns out great, Alhamdullilah, if not also Alhamdullilah.. coz you will learn to up yr game.. life is always about experiences 🥰 May Allah swt ease your daily affairs & shine like a diamond 💎
