@the.dom.dose: Strawberry Cheesecake Slice (6+ Months) 🍓 Soft, creamy and naturally sweetened with fruit, this little cheesecake slice is such a fun breakfast, snack or dessert for babies and toddlers 🙌 Ingredients: 🍓 ½ cup strawberries, hulled & chopped
🤍 75g full-fat cream cheese, softened
🥣 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
🥚 1 egg
🍌 ¼ ripe banana
🌾 2 tbsp oat flour
✨ ¼ tsp vanilla, optional Method: Add everything to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a lined small loaf tin and bake at 180°C conventional / 170°C fan-forced for 20–25 minutes, or until the centre is set. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up. Optional: top with Greek yoghurt and extra strawberries, prepared appropriately for your baby’s age and stage. Slice into fingers or small squares before serving. 🍓 I blended the mixture using my @Grownsy Baby Food Maker and love how smooth and creamy the texture gets! Just pop everything in, blend until creamy, then it’s ready to pour straight into the tin. Less fuss and less washing up! 🙌 Find hundreds more easy baby and toddler recipes on my website (link in my bio). 💛 #BabyRecipes #BabyLedWeaning #BabySnacks #BabyFoodIdeas #GROWNSY
