@rhys.gard: Aussie Pub Grub S2 E7: Pub Style Spag Bol 🍝 There are some dishes that can transport you straight back to childhood, and this one certainly did that for me. Spag bol is such a quintessential Aussie pub dish. Especially in regional towns, the pub has become a wonderful multicultural melting pot — where you can get a schnitty, steak, nachos or a big bowl of pasta all under the one roof. My version is a slow-cooked beef & pork ragù with soffritto, wine, tomatoes and herbs, served with spaghetti, pecorino, fresh herbs and plenty of garlic bread. Recipe up on my Substack!
