in most cases where personnel need to wear glove before tanking an exhibits is when there is claims against person which finger print will be required to know the very person who commit the crime. 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒆 the accused person is being captured red handed with camera and i identify. after the arrest he admitted the crime and show the personnel where their weapons are hidden, so there is no finger requirements in this case.
