The first time my GF had Ichiran in Osaka she said it was just like top ramen. She tried it again at the original one in Fukuoka and said it was the best ramen she ever had.

Fully loaded with extras was $38 beans without a drink in New York. I could never truly enjoy it with those terms 😂😂 the ones in Japan will hold a place forever

I thought the NYC location was fine. Horribly expensive, egg and meat was a downgrade. But the broth and noodles were the classic ichiran I like
