I can’t believe they sued the police and not the actual person who caused the accident. Whoever was in that pick up truck could’ve killed their son and the officer this was so unfortunate the officer was doing his job and even was going to just give a warning. Good cops like him don’t get enough credit

If I remember correctly the kid just bought the vehicle it didn’t have a plate on it, the cop pulled him over to verify the vehicle wasn’t stolen
