Yo, literally having this but on an ALS rabbit hole now. Started with twitching everywhere in my body. My health anxiety is scaring me. I’m also having sharp pains everywhere and my right arm feels weak. I’ve already told myself i’m dying 😭

12 years for me too! The cramping is the most painful and frustrating part. All the medications they've tried have always had worst side effects than the BFCS!

Are your muscles feeling quickly fatigued and sore as well or just the bfs?? My neuro is trying to say I have bfs and benign cramping syndrome.. body feels weak and sore now with twitching mostly in my calves, feet, thighs and quads but also around my back and occasionally in the arms and tongue…

My gp put the fear in me I was urgently referred to the neurologist he was concerned I had MND I didn’t I was diagnosed with benign cramps fasciculation syndrome

I have ms and get this, magnesium tablets make it stop its prob different for you but it really is worth trying magnesium supplements ❤️
