I was diagnosed with hypersomnia 17 yrs ago. This is me no matter how much sleep I get. Worse when driving. Vyvance helps me keep it in check. Doing a 2 day sleep study in Nov as a third opinion. 😁

So, I was like this and it was my hormones along with high dose of Zoloft. I would check for estrogen dominance and look into medication you are taking, if any.

PLEASE get tested for sleep apnea. I was doing this even while driving and it was because I was so sleep deprived! Sleep apnea can happen at any age and a CPAP can change and save your life!

I once had a sleep attack in an airport at 11 am fully passed out in the waiting/boarding area after I accidentally took my restless leg meds in the morning. Not fun.
