Anyway, here’s what I made for my white man 😘😘 FULL RECIPE BELOW 👉🏽If you are tired of figuring out what’s for dinner 👉🏽If you want the grocery list all planned out and ready to be added to cart in one click 👉🏽If you want recipes that use only affordable ingredients and still taste like you ordered takeout 👉🏽Check the link in my bio 🔗 INGREDIENTS For the Patties 2 lbs ground meat, I used half beef and half pork ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and black pepper, to taste Oil, for cooking For the Gravy 1 onion, sliced 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 3 cups beef broth 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tbsp soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined, then shape into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Sear both sides of the patties. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and mushrooms. You want your onions caramelized - I didn’t do this in the video bc I was in a rush headed out but this is what you want, where the onion is soft, brown and sweet. Add the butter and let it melt. Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly until it’s absorbed all the oil. Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring to prevent lumps. Add the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Stir and bring to a simmer. Let the gravy cook until it thickens. Taste and add salt if needed. Return the patties to the skillet, spoon some gravy over them, and let everything simmer together for. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
