Listen, I know that none of us got into the therapy business because we are passionate about paperwork. But if you want to continue holding space and offering unconditional positive regard, you have to make sure you’re protecting yourself and your clients in your documentation. If you are a therapist that accepts insurance, having an appropriate plan for documenting the end of services is especially important in making sure that audits don’t give you any trouble. #studenttherapist #documentation #progressnotes #privatepractice #lmft
