Sa unang Savana ako, pinaulit ko din both bathrooms. And naging problem ko yung leak from sink sa taas pababa sa service area. Good thing is madali sila magrepair sa mga problema. So far, okay naman. 3years na and stairs lang ang need ko iparepaint and some parts sa room ko na kagagawan ko kung bakit nagpeel off 😅

pag mga ganyan kase na developers, tipid mode tlga yan sila. from bakal to painting to tiles. kahit na ipa General Check and Assessment nyo yan sa mga Legit Structural Engr contractors. makikita nila spacing and schedule ng bakal, design ng lateral ties and stirrups, columns and beams sizes, PSI of structural concrete etc. minsan pa nga, mag babasag pa sila to check the rebars ma ginamit and and to see if hndi ba sub standard. hahay hirap tlga pag mga housing developers na ganito. 😥😥

disadvantage ng mga project/ready made houses, talagang titipirin nila yung kaya tipirin para kumita pa rin unlike sa pag ikaw talaga nagpagawa at may trusted ka na engineer/contractor, di madadaya every peso mo anyway, that is expected, so long yung main structural members ay hindi compromised
