Just to add to the list here: 1. Vietnamese Women's Museum: This is beautiful. This museum brings to light what the Vietnamese women contributed to the history of Vietnam. 2. B52 Lake: A B52 plane crashed here. The plane is still there. Stunning! 3. There are beautiful parks you can go that are outside the tourist area. They are vibrant and peaceful at the same time. Great for night photography lovers. 4. I walked across Long Tiên Bridge. I bought cheap mangoes and Tangerines on the other side. This walk will give you great pictures. 5. B52 Museum: Take time to visit this museum. This is a great museum! Free 6. Use Google for this: Walk from HCMC mausoleum to B52 Lake. There will be alley ways. You will come to a beautiful hidden temple. Plus, there will be citizens selling cheap and fresh fruits along the way. 7. Trains: I found trains quite memorable. If you travel by train, they serve lunch around 12noon. Food is good and cheap. PS: Vietnam will stay with me forever!
