As a educ freshie, the news literally shattered me for some reasons not only because I am an educ student but to also think of those newly graduates na mga educ students. It literally made you think kung worthy pa ba talagang abutin yung mga pinapangarap natin with this kind of system.

If being a teacher is truly your dream, then go and pursue it. But honestly, with everything happening in the Philippines right now, I can understand why some education students are starting to lose interest in becoming teachers someday. It also makes me question myself do I really see myself becoming a teacher, or did I just choose this course because I felt like I had no other option? At the end of the day, I hope we all figure out what we truly want and become successful in our own ways. Whatever path we choose, I hope it leads us to something that makes us happy and proud of ourselves.

Sabi ko talaga magtuturo ako basta sa DepEd at sa highschool kasi nandun yung puso ko. Gusto ko rin sa Pilipinas kasi naniniwala akong mas kailangan ako ng mga bata rito. Kuyaa first year palang po ako, pero grabe self doubt ko. Ang hirap mahalin ng Pilipinas, bwiset na gobyernong ito! Iniisip ko kung worth it pa ba itong apat na taon na pag-aaral ko. Lalo na as someone na bsed maj in filipino, na halos sa sariling bansa, ang wika ay onti-onti ng nakakaligtaan. 🥹 Hindi ko alam if maaring masabi na puwede mag ibang bansa sa major na ito dahil nga FILIPINO. Grabe rin kasi iyong ng tingin ng iba sa mga guro, hindi nila alam sila ang unang nagsaksakripisyo at naghihirap bago ang mga estudyante, lalo ma sa pagbabago at adjustments na ginagawa ng DepEd. Nakakagalit pala talaga, at talagang kapag nararanasan mo na at nandito ka na sa program na ito, mauunawaan mo bakit kailangan magalit ng mga tao sa gobyerno. HINDI NATIN DESERVE 'TO!
