@emsbalance: WEEK 12 | MEAL 2: BABE ON A BUDGET TAKES THE WEEKLY SHOP 🛒🛒🩷🩷 MEAL 2: CRISPY BBQ ‘CHICKEN’ & POTATO WRAPS 🍴 2 Portions* ⏰ 30 Minutes Store cupboard essentials: Olive Oil, Dried Parsley, Minced Garlic, Salt & Pepper, BBQ Seasoning Ingredients FOR THE POTATOES: - 500g Baby Potatoes - 1tbsp Olive Oil - 2tsp Smoked Paprika - 1tsp Dried Parsley - 1tsp Minced Garlic - Salt & Pepper FOR THE CHICKEN: - Veggie Chicken (using This Isn’t Frozen Pieces) - 1tbsp Olive Oil, - 2-3tsp BBQ Seasoning FOR THE WRAP: - 4 Wraps - 2 Handfuls of Spinach - Handful Cheddar Cheese - 2tbsp Creme Fraiche - 1tsp BBQ Seasoning To make... 🌯 Slice up the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil & season with smoked paprika, dried parsley, garlic and salt & pepper. Pop into the air-fryer for 15 minutes. 🌯 Prep the BBQ chicken by drizzling with olive oil & BBQ seasoning - once the potatoes have had 15 minutes… add the veggie chicken for an additional 10 minutes. 🌯 Mix creme fraiche & BBQ seasoning and add a layer of the sauce to the bottom of the wrap. 🌯 Add potatoes & BBQ chicken along with cheese & spinach. 🌯 Fold up & fry in a saucepan until crisp & toasted.
