@ganymede.station: Phil Schneider was a geologist and engineer who claimed to hold top-level security clearance while working on classified government projects, including the construction of deep underground military bases across the United States. He became a prominent figure in UFO circles in the 1990s, not only for his alleged involvement in the infamous Dulce Base incident, where he claimed a firefight with extraterrestrials cost him several fingers and left his body riddled with shrapnel, but also for his testimony about a Venusian named Valiant Thor. According to Schneider, Valiant Thor was a human-like extraterrestrial who had been secretly working with the U.S. military since 1937. He claimed Thor possessed an IQ estimated at 1,200, could speak 100 languages fluently, and had a lifespan of 490 years. Physiologically, Thor was described as having six fingers on each hand, an oversized heart, a single giant lung, and copper-based blood similar to an octopus. Schneider claimed to have met this being, and his story was corroborated by others like Dr. Frank Stranges, who wrote a book titled "Stranger at the Pentagon" about his own alleged meeting with Thor. Stranges added that Thor was about 6 feet tall with brown, wavy hair and brown eyes, and that both Presidents Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon met with him. Schneider's broader narrative was that he had been exposed to information about 13 alien races on Earth, four of which were malevolent, including Draconians and Reptilians, and that he believed NATO and several military forces were run by Reptilians.
