Been there I can relate to this I did weeks down the block not even heard a voice with out the keys rattling with it weather it was the screws passing me my dinner or putting me on exercise in the CAT A one in a cage getting treat like I was a terrorized 🤔

I’ve opened up to people to just get ignored or worse, mocked for it and even had it told to others when it was said in confidence. I waited over 5 years on a mental health waiting list to get seen, went to an appointment in the hospital where I answered certain questions and basically my life story to a counsellor woman sat across from me. Two weeks later I get a letter from her and the mental health team to tell me they discuss what will happen to me. Turns out nothing, they all decided somehow I was alright enough to not need their support. Clearly they had to make room for people supposedly worse than me. Fantastic….
