as a kid i got a lot of UTIs bc i would hold my pee for genuinely no reason. maybe it was bc of hEDS

I am a teacher. I literally go pee one time from the time I get to work and the time I leave. And then when I get home I almost can’t make it into the bathroom suddenly.

No. The complete opposite for me and my daughter. We have bladder incompetence and don’t retain any water, we just pee it out 10 min later. Bed wetting til puberty… utis

I have hEDS but was born with a bladder that never grew into its adult size. So I cannot hold a lot of urine and I have had leaks my whole life.

I was told by a doctor at the Mayo Clinic that we can hold 6 cups of urine as opposed to a person without EDS that only holds 2 cups 😊
