@homebirdmakes: A Victoria sponge cake is the easiest cake to make I always use 6/6/6/3 method (flour/caster sugar/butter/eggs) or up it to 8/8/8/4 if I want it bigger and add a bit of vanilla essence too. It tasted lovely even with the sunken middle cut out 🤦🏻‍♀️☺️x
