![[BULKING & BODY ACCEPTANCE] my body image issues surfaced when i started puberty. i always felt “fat” and not as developed as my peers, especially when adults pointed out & commented that i was indeed getting fat 😶 going to the gym did improve my confidence but at times there was still a feeling of not being enough. when i broke 2 ankle bones last september i realized that all this time i was taking my body for granted. i focused on recovering quickly while scrambling to maintain as much muscle mass as i could (bulking). all of a sudden i didnt care about how i looked because i was just glad i could walk again 😅 i think body acceptance is a more sustainable and less forced concept than body positivity because it acknowledges that you can still work on bettering yourself according to your goals while still being okay with the current state that your body is in #bulking #gymmotivation #gymgirl #gymindonesia #musclebuilding](/video/cover/7464190265742429447.webp)
