@businessinsiderssa: Aliko Dangote says the Dangote Refinery will become the world’s largest by 2028. The refinery is set to double its capacity from around 700,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day, as Dangote moves to expand the $20 billion facility. The planned expansion is expected to be partly funded by the refinery’s ₦2.15 trillion ($1.63 billion) IPO, which is scheduled to run from September 14 to October 13.
