@jasfbaa: I'd achieve something, and instead of celebrating, I'd instantly raise the bar and forget I ever wanted to be there. Then, out in Thailand with my team, I made everyone write down every accomplishment from the last six months. I thought we'd manage five things. The lists went on and on. That's when it hit me: we never actually stop to acknowledge how far we've come. So here's what I've learned. Keep letting the vision grow, but stop being so hard on yourself. Congratulate yourself. Pat yourself on the back. I used to wait for other people to clap for me. I don't anymore. Because if you're waiting for other people's applause, you'll be waiting the rest of your life. They'll never clap the way you want them to. Learn to clap for yourself. 🤍
