Hi! My English isn't very good, so please forgive any mistakes 😭. I guess everyone's nails are different—some people naturally have weaker or more brittle nails. I live in Vietnam, so I'm not sure if this specific nail service is available in your country, but I'd like to share my experience. My nails used to be quite strong, and people even complimented my natural nail shape, but getting them done every 2 weeks made them deteriorate 😭🥹. My pinky nail became so thin that it could bend like a piece of paper! So I stopped getting pretty manicures and started growing them back by keeping them short, gently rounding the sides with a file, and avoiding heavy work or harsh chemicals. As I mentioned, in Vietnam we have a builder gel / structure gel service used to help strengthen and protect nails when you're hesitant to leave them completely bare. I highly recommend trying a layer of builder gel—it nourishes and protects your nails much better. In the picture below, I've been taking care of them from May 2026 to now (September 2026), and they look so much healthier! Really happy if this helps you, love u!🤟🏼🤍✨
