something else costing hvac companies now is home depot carrying repair parts. I just replaced my capacitor at 10pm last week for $22. same exact cap that came in my unit in 2016. service call would have been $300 at least.

question just had a Lennox pules it was missing two passes on the secondary heat exchanger and the rest looked like shit. my question is on the top were you see the tubes running through the coil did they leave them out depending on btu's. It been forever i had to work on them so please let me know.

Let me ask a question if you check the SUPPLY air coming out at 55°. Check to return air go in 75°. Can you tell me what brand of equipment or series that is? The answer is no they all do the same thing if this doing it right I tell my customers don’t waste money on technology just get what works

When I was 19 was getting a new job they finally tell me how they pay on sales and all that shit I ask them so what do you want me to do sell someone’s grandma a control board when they don’t need one because I need to pay rent they got very flustered and started backtracking then the interview ended shortly after that. safe to say they didn’t call me back for a job

-I only take warranty parts out with me everything else i change out I leave with the customer unless they want me to throw it out for them -i always show customers their furnace if im telling them its bad unless they dont want me to show them the proof and just trust my word but I always ready to show what im saying -I hate hate hate hate red tagging furnaces and if I can fix them i will but if I cant im going to do what's safer for the customer, I sleep better at night knowing I did the right thing but I still dont sleep well after shutting a furnace down.

I will always show a video of the homeowners carpet, or a small item, nothing of expense or personal, then pan to their HVAC equipment, and show them what I would like them to know, when talking about their system. just so they know it's their home.
