In fact, soft-bristled toothbrush + proper brushing technique is enough to effectively remove dental plaque. Ang sobrang diin o maling pag-toothbrush, lalo na kapag gumagamit ng hard bristles, can contribute to toothbrush abrasion—kung saan unti-unting nawawala ang tooth structure, especially kapag aggressive horizontal scrubbing ang ginagawa. And remember: tooth structure that has been worn away does not naturally grow back. Kaya hindi kailangan gigil sa pag-toothbrush!
