My brother died trapped in a car fire. It haunts me and I don’t think my brain has fully processed it or I wouldn’t function normally. I get a small burn from cooking and cry every time because of how much it hurts and just thinking how bad it must’ve been for him. I’m really sorry for everything you’ve gone through

I’m a former burn nurse and did tons of dressing changes. I’m so sorry you are dealing with this. I worked on a burn unit for 2 years and it was emotionally draining. I still think about my patients and hope they are all thriving. Sending you so much love and light 🙏🏽❤️

They say 3rd worst pain = teeth pain, 2nd worst pain = back/spine pain and the 1st worst pain of all is burn pain. I’ve only experienced teeth pain and it was so bad I almost yanked my tooth out with a pair of pliers bc I was completely done with feeling it. Rather have a disfigured smile than to deal with another second of that kind of pain. I can’t even imagine what he went through.
