Complete nonsense, your tattoo will be just fine after 12 hours, and leave it uncovered is actually better for the healing process

You should never let it get this way, you should only keep the plastic wrap on for a few 2-4 hours after getting it because the wrap protects the tattoo from the sun and exposure and bacteria to fresh irritating skin if you clean it properly it’s fine

As soon as u get home from getting it, take off the wrap, wash gently with soapy water, leave unwrapped and moisturised twice a day. If wrapped sweat and dirt builds up

Bit dramatic aren‘t we? Sure it heals faster and slightly cleaner with the wrap on but even if you remove it as long as you keep it covered in cream then there are absolutely no problems with that

Fun fact, mine swelled slightly like this and my artist told me to not drain it. I listened and my body absorbed it back completely without ruining my skin or the tattoo. It’s perfectly healed now, just leave it alone.

bruh you can literally remove second skin when you have big ink sack wash the tattoo with green soap and apply new second skin without problem

bruh just let it air dry. antibacterial soap and fragrance free water based lotion. my guy said he'd never use that junk.

After all my tattoos I wash them with dial soap. Let them heal naturally. They will peel like a sunburn and use a good moisturizer for tattoos. 30 years and never used this new skin stuff. Just waste of money.
