My daughter was about to turn 1 on the 15th. I was glued to the TV for days. I’m not a republican but George W brought us together that day with that megaphone.

Same here. Ill never forget! It was a horrific day and what we saw the next day was tragic! It was all mortifying! It still feels like it was last week! But remember WE will NEVER be intimidated! It will be in our souls forever! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

To me, that day, I felt the world stopped turning everything was in super slow motion where layers of shock kept piling on throughout the day. Beyond disbelief it was my brain’s need to process through it. And it did in slow motion. That’s why it felt like the world stopped turning.

I can relate to every word you said. I’m 71 now and at the time I told my supervisor (I was a consultant) I was going home because I wasn’t going to get any work done and didn’t think they should be charged for it.
