I know I say this all the time but I’m gonna say it again. Eve is so strong! 💪 she blows me away every time. I’ve had her for just over a year and never have I had a fail yet. Nothing but incredible results! We just love her 🥰 so does all my clients and Neibhor’s lol

We have been loving bagels, pumpkin muffins, peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, banana bread and cinnamon rolls! I also tried brownies and sandwich bread over the weekend and both are amazing! We’ve done a lot of one off recipes to try but these ones are on a constant rotation in our house!

day 5 of reviving my powered starter. its bubbly and smells great it doubled in size for the 1st time on day 4. constant temp of 80° i have the weck jar on a heating pad. its about a half a large weck jar now. I think its almost ready to bake with. I want it more bubbly

I make fresh milled flour Sourdough pizza 🍕 waffles 🧇 are awesome! I find a way to incorporate sourdough into about everything lol 😂
