I saw this somewhere else and there was a next part where she explained that when her son was at the hospital and her husband said he was working, he was actually with his sister buying her expensive food that cost so much money that when she went to pay the hospital bill so her son could be treated, there wasn’t enough money to pay. So her son had to go without treatment, she had to bring him home from the hospital as there was no money. Her husband spent all their money on food for his sister and lied that he was working overnight and wasn’t able to answer her calls. That’s why she only bought oranges.
