@apostleforgod: “Immorality will weaken the potency of your calling” highlights the importance of character in fulfilling any meaningful assignment. A person's gifts, intelligence, influence, or opportunities may open doors, but character determines how effectively and sustainably those abilities can be used. Continuous moral compromise can gradually affect discipline, judgment, credibility, relationships, and influence. Your private decisions eventually have consequences for your public life. This is why protecting your character is not separate from protecting your purpose. If you want your influence to last, you must develop self-control, establish boundaries, and refuse to sacrifice your values for temporary gratification. This connects directly with the statement, “If you want everybody on the street to like you, then sell ice cream.” The statement reminds us that popularity should never become the primary goal of our lives. Ice cream is widely loved because it provides immediate satisfaction, but fulfilling a meaningful purpose will not always make everyone happy. Sometimes doing what is right will attract criticism or rejection. If you constantly seek people's approval, you may eventually compromise your convictions just to remain accepted. Therefore, do not sacrifice your character to gain popularity. You cannot control everyone's opinion of you, but you can control the principles by which you live. Your gifts may attract attention, and popularity may attract followers, but integrity gives your influence substance and longevity. Protect your character. Stay committed to your purpose. Do not exchange lasting impact for temporary approval. #apostlearomeosayi #foryou #fyp #nigeriantiktok🇳🇬
