Yep. I had to just tell my son the same thing. His girlfriend walked away after four years no matter how deeply you love someone. Nobody has control over someone else’s emotions and choices. It’s taking me two years to understand that and accept that in my own life, I had a beautiful relationship nothing wrong. My ex after two years decided he was on a different path and walked away. He gave up an incredible relationship between two human beings. That’s rare very rare, but apparently it wasn’t enough even though he says it wasn’t about being enough. Yes, it was. It has all to do with being enough. I understand people make choices, but don’t tell somebody you’re not going anywhere then leave you’re not a partner if you can’t, whether the storm with that person you deeply love but then again apparently he didn’t love me enough and that’s OK. He sent me free.

That is true... Ever since my ex said that he wasn't happy about the relationship on December, he decided to break up with me even though we only dated for about 5 months and then after we broke up... He went and moved on dating another girl 2 months later... So that kinda broke me, but I still moved on from it and I'm here living my best life of being single... 😌
