Jocelyn wanted to make sure that she was going to feel supported and have that confidence to get on stage! And from DAY ONE, this girl has been nothing but coachable. 👏🏼 Increase food? No problem — she’s eating it. Push harder with the weights? SAY LESS. 😂🔥 Make an adjustment? She’s on it. We were able to get Jocelyn’s food higher than it had EVER been, and in a relatively short amount of time, she made some incredible growth. And can we talk about this SHAPE?! 😮‍💨🔥 This girl was MADE for the Bikini stage. But the growth I’m most proud of didn’t only happen in her physique. I watched Jocelyn grow in SO many areas of her life — letting go of things that weren’t serving her, removing unnecessary stressors, putting herself first and continuing to work on HER. And once she did that? Her progress took off even more. 👏🏼 Now here we are. Even though her digestion tried to show its ass for a short time 😜 Jocelyn stuck to the plan not her EMOTIONS 💕 Her food is in a BEAUTIFUL place. Her cardio is in an even better place..
