By law he’s autistic and you can’t throw him out without having a place for him to go. I have an autistic son. He’s living in a home with 24/7 care with staff. It’s illegal to throw an autistic child out without a place to go. Secondly he may be 18 but because he’s autistic he legally can’t be removed till he’s 21. They also don’t consider an 18 autistic child an adult till 21 depending on where there mental status is. Thirdly if he hurts anyone it’s
