I own my business, I also raise my kids. I hardly do things for myself. Today I went to lunch (I usually don’t want to spend the money I feel like it’s not okay. Even when it’s my money) I even ordered desserts at lunch! I’m unstoppable.

YES! Men prioritize themselves in everything, but if we prioritize ourselves in *anything* it's a transgressive act. As a child, I spent my life being punished in a ultra religious upbringing, not for acting out or doing wrong, but for just *being* wrong, thinking I was not born to be a servant. As an adult a quickly realized people lacked the capacity to punish me the same way. They try, but I'm a grown financially independent woman, what can they take from me?

I had useless parents and when I desired to be a lawyer since age 12, they looked at me funny because everyone did nursing, and received no support. They couldn’t even do the justice of searching up what I would need for my interest especially when I was taking the bar exam. Just expecting me to grovel and beg them for support. I love my desires even more ever because I can always pull up my receipts and they will remain mute.
