I use Simplicity vacuums. They are a beast on a budget. They are light, the hose is attached and the belt is easy to change. I've been using these for years. I ONLY do hoarding so if they can keep up with extreme houses that says a lot.

I love Sanitaire and Perfect Commercial because it’s easy to swap parts. I dismantle older broken vacs to repair newer ones.

I bet the difference I think the best vacuum is the Windsor style vacuum I’ve had in my Windsor for commercial cleaning for over 18 years comes with a roller that you can change your brush in minutes and the bag too ranges from three to $600
