Whilst you’re going through the regression , I would 100% say just split the night so holly if your working then you stay up maybe till 1am let Alexa sleep then you do bed and get a solid sleep etc it’s all they got us through until it resolved itself

It could possibly be becoming a behaviour thing with him , he’s realised he’s getting attention . Just stick to putting him back down not much interaction to reiterate it’s sleep time .x

I commented on that post and said, try to reduce his day time naps to one and don't let him sleep for more than an hour or past 2pm.

ahhh our girl got her back teeth at 13month, my partner drove her round the block at 12am for about 2week straight was the only way she’d go too sleep. really recommend a double floor bed & pillow though my daughters 16month, she’d just outgrew her cot x

I’d definitely do a warm weetabix for supper as well as a little bit of milk in a bottle maybe he’ll naturally start to have less milk in his bottle because he’s having the supper and milk in it anyway, but that will keep him fuller for longer. It’s really hard not to. But unless you want to co sleep don’t put him in your bed… there’s no going back 🤣🤣🤣

You will find this lasts for a far while now! It’s nothing you are doing or not doing it’s just the age he’s at! The hardest part is the battle with your head of why! Try the weetabix with warm milk help fill him more! He’s going through a massive change in growth and mind.. it does get better he just needs to get through this stage and if back teeth coming through there most painful..

definitely cut the day time naps and give earlier bed times it will be tough but he will get used to it. the longer you let him sleep in the day will take away his sleep from the night time x

Your girl ❤️ :
My son 3 and I struggled when he was 1 and he’s still a bad sleeper now and he has tantrums in his sleep too and I also think he has night terrors every so often too. Getting him settled for bedtime is a nightmare most the time to the point I cry 😂😭
