Yes! I've felt this pause in-between with these solar moments. I love the idea of being free to let it be simple. I'm often just doing a holiday meal but I've told myself I need to do more. Turns out, I just needed the reminder that it's all enough.

Yes, preparing physically and mentally for the darker and colder days. Nature goes into a rest, and we're also turning inside. Personally I'm always having a bit of a rough patch in January and February, at 62, I'm still coming to terms with it ❤️❤️❤️
