I feel like my content isn’t niched down enough for the YT algorithm, and I struggle with that because I don’t want to niche down. If on a Tuesday I want to show a thrift haul, and Friday I want to share a recipe, and then on Saturday I want to talk in the garden, I should be able to do that.. but that’s not how the algorithm works. At least not for my channel. When I first started out YouTube years ago, my videos would reach 1000’s of views. Now my long form content can hardly reach 100. Maybe it’s because a lot of my long form is vertical & not horizontal. I’m just letting y’all in my brain as a content creator, and the things I think about. A big goal of mine is to make YT another stream of income, and I feel like I have 5 months to do that are my window closes. Any YT gurus have any advice for this novice? #contentcreator #contentcreation
