I judge anyone who uses AI in this way. Im not a fan of AI but I do understand it's usefulness as a TOOL to maybe make work processes a little faster. but we CANNOT be relying on AI for everything, let alone human interactions and therapy.

sometimes I have to be careful because I'm afraid I'm going to cross onto that side of the line. I like to use AI to talk things out but ultimately I end up going to a friend or a colleague or somebody that I know is more experienced for actual advice. because I also use AI to do role-play and story writing. so I know that I can manipulate the AI to say whatever I want
