My three year old brother died years ago, we didn’t know this, Dad gave him palm oil n he vomited but unfortunately he passed on😫😫this video has made me really sad 😢 so my brother could’ve been saved?😢😢😢

I disagree with the nearest facility part. Most of these health facilities in our neighbourhoods as so irresponsible. they will endup killing your child. Rather, take the child to the nearest facility you can trust.
