This breaks my heart because I felt the exact same. PLEASE just go stand in the mirror with your baby and just tell yourself you did that! Your body did that! 9 whole months! I know what I say won’t matter but you genuinely look amazing 💛

dont worry mama we all go through that! it took me a while to get back into my pre baby clothes and seeing people like 2 weeks after getting in theres made me worse but everybodys body is different and can take a while to recover like mine, you will find yourself again and will sparkly✨ im due baby no2 on monday and this is the part im dreading most bot knowing what to wear and feeling rubbish but its just a phase and will past! youve got this💕💕

Im 4’11 and I wasnt prepared how much my ribs and hips would widen for birth. I look so out of proportion, built like a rectangle and idk how to feel😭

Just followed from a fellow mum of a Sienna and emergency c section at 11 weeks pp, who’s struggling also. You look amazing! I know all that matters is if you’re happy with your body not what others think but you should be proud!

You look great at 9 weeks pp girl 🫶🏻 I’m now 5 months pp after a C-section too, and back in crop tops 🙌🏻. Be gentle on yourself, and give it time. I’m feeling more confident now in my body as it healed month by month. I now get excited buying new clothes to flatter my new body rather than focus on getting back into my old clothes. 💗

I was the EXACT same and I honestly didn’t feel a bit like me till a year on. Still not happy with my body but I finally have time to work on it. I went through a few different clothing styles, changed my hair and bought a new wardrobe. I believe in a way my body won’t be the same pre c section but remember you have grown an entire baby and yes you will wear that crop top but just give yourself time 💗
