most people who don't like cottage cheese, I've learned after having good cottage cheese like good culture.... they are not all the same and the cheap ones make me want to puke. Try a good creamt quality and you will be obsessed with cottage cheese

you bought the low-fat version, which uses thinner milk, or it’s just natural whey separating over time. Just give it a good stir, strain the liquid, or switch to full-fat next time!or the temp was too high.
