Roll the puff pastry into a rectangle and spread the walnut mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll tightly into a log, pinch to seal, and cut into 2–3 inch pieces. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until beautifully golden and flaky. Let cool slightly and finish with a generous dusting of confectioners’ sugar.
