Global Beauty Care Peptide Jelly Moisturizer I really wanted to like this one, especially with the promise of a glass skin glow, but unfortunately this moisturizer was a pass for me. The texture is literally like jelly, almost like Jell O, which makes it interesting when you first apply it. Unfortunately, the way it feels on the skin is where it loses me. It leaves behind a very sticky and tacky feeling that never really seems to dry down completely. Instead of feeling moisturized and comfortable, my skin feels like there is a layer sitting on top of it. There also isn’t an ingredient list on the packaging, which makes it difficult to know exactly what you are putting on your skin or what is actually responsible for the claims being made. For a Dollar Tree skincare product, I’m always willing to experiment, but this one just didn’t work for me.
