@damaristrades: 🔥 Burnout can make trading sound like an answer before you’ve even understood the question.     I remember hearing someone say, “I’m tired of this shit. Maybe I’ll try trading,” after another exhausting stretch of work. At first, it sounded like a joke, but I’ve heard versions of that sentence many times.     Someone gets tired of their routine, sees trading content online, notices people talking about flexibility and independence, and starts wondering whether the market could offer a different path.    What usually gets missed is everything that comes after that decision. Learning entries is only one part of it; understanding market structure, managing exposure, accepting losses, reviewing mistakes, and controlling impulsive decisions take much longer than watching a few tutorials. A person can know exactly what a setup looks like and still struggle when real capital is involved.    📉 I’ve watched beginners become obsessed with finding the perfect strategy when their bigger problem was how they behaved after a losing position. They increased size, chased another entry, ignored their limits, and then blamed the market for decisions they had made themselves.    Trading can be worth studying, but it deserves a serious approach rather than becoming an escape plan.
